Siddhivinayak Developers (Ss) Llp is our business name. We are located in Mumbai-Mumbai City, specifically in Dadar West. You can find us at unit 201 on the 2nd floor of Nirmal Nagar Chs, which is on Plot-185 on Jamshedji Road. We are quite close to Shivaji Park and the Lady 400028 area. Being in Dadar means we are right in the heart of the city, which is great but also means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic. Our office is a modest space where we handle all the development work we have going on. We are a small group of people and we don’t have any fancy titles or a big human resources department. We just focus on the projects we are developing. It’s a lot of coordination between different sites and suppliers. Sometimes we are at the office late into the evening trying to get everything sorted. We don't have a polished website or a team of marketing people. We just rely on word of mouth and the work we have actually done. The building we are in is a typical Mumbai cooperative housing society, so it feels very much like a community. We like the vibe of Jamshedji Road and being near the park. It’s just us working hard and trying to stay organized in a city that never really stops moving.
