Siddhi Renuka Travels

Siddhi Renuka Travels is tucked away in Shop No 41, A Wing of Sagar Park in Ghatkopar West. We are right at the 3rd Cross, Sg Palya, which is directly opposite the Shramik Sahakari Bank. Being in this part of Ghatkopar means there’s always something going on outside our door. We deal with travel bookings, mostly helping people get their bus tickets or arranging for cars when they need to head out for a wedding or a family trip. The office is small and filled with ledgers, calendars, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking if buses are on time or if there’s a seat left for the night journey to the coast. It’s a lot of logistics and trying to keep everything straight so nobody ends up stranded. Sometimes the bank across the street gets a huge queue, and we watch the crowd while we work. We don’t have a big website with flashing buttons. Usually, people just walk in because they know us or they saw the sign while going to the bank. We just try to be helpful and get the tickets sorted without making things complicated. It’s a steady job, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the regulars who travel every month. The space is tight, but we make it work for everyone who stops by.
