Siddharth Natural Ice Cream

Siddharth Natural Ice Cream is located right by Pantnagar 5th Main, near Kullappa Circle. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always people walking around or waiting for buses. We try to keep things simple here. We use real fruit and stuff like that, which is why people call it natural, I guess. I spend a lot of time in the back prep area making sure everything is ready for the day. It’s a lot of chopping and mixing. The shop itself is small, just enough room for the display and a few people to stand. When it gets really hot, the line starts to wrap around the corner toward the circle. I try to work fast, but you can’t rush it too much. My cousin helps me out on the weekends when it gets really crazy. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the locals seem to appreciate having us here. It’s nice when someone comes in and says they can really taste the fruit. That makes the long hours feel a bit better. The street noise from Kullappa Circle is always there, but once you step inside, it’s a bit cooler and quieter. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. We just put the flavors out and hope people like them. It’s a basic shop, but we take care of it. Most nights I’m here late cleaning up the sticky spoons and wiping the glass.
