Siddha Group. We are located on Link Road in Shiv Shankar Nagar, right in Kandivali West. It’s quite easy to find us because we’re near the Lalji Pada Police Station. The area is always buzzing with people and cars. We spend our days dealing with real estate stuff, looking at maps, and talking to people about where they want to live. It’s a bit crowded around Lalji Pada, and the noise from the street is always there, but it keeps us on our toes. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a long time. We don't really have a big corporate vibe going on. It’s more about sitting at the desk, drinking tea, and figuring out the next steps for the projects we have. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We handle a lot of the back-end work for buildings and housing. The office is a practical space, nothing too flashy, just what we need to get through the day. We’ve seen Kandivali change so much over the years. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and being right on the Link Road means there's never a dull moment. We just focus on what needs to be done today and hope the traffic isn't too bad when we head home. We don't use fancy titles much, just work together to keep things moving.
