The pincode is 400001, which is as central as it gets. Being in Fort means we are surrounded by old buildings and a lot of history. It’s a crowded area, but it has a certain energy that we like. Our office is a bit old-fashioned because the building itself has been there for ages. We don't have those glass walls you see in the new parts of the city. We just have a solid workspace where we manage our development projects. It gets very busy around here during the day with all the office goers and the traffic. Finding a parking spot is a nightmare, so most of us take the train. Shubhlaxmi Developers LLP is a small team of dedicated people. We handle the paperwork and the planning from these rooms in Seksaria Chambers. It’s a practical place. We don't put on airs or try to look bigger than we are. We've been at this for a bit. The walls are lined with files and the desks are usually covered in plans. We like being in the heart of Mumbai City. It feels like we are part of the real hustle.
