Shubhay Tours & Travels

Shubhay Tours & Travels is located at Shop No 19 on V V Chandan Street in Borivali East. It is a small shop, tucked away in a busy part of the market. We have been here for several years. The space is quite tight, so we usually have just a couple of people working at a time. We focus on local tours and pilgrimage trips for the most part. Many of our customers are older people from the neighborhood who have known us for a long time. We don't have a fancy website or do any online advertising. The sign outside the shop and people talking to each other is how we get our business. Inside, you will find a lot of paper files and some old posters of temples and mountains. It is not a modern office by any means. We do the work manually a lot of the time, writing things down in our ledgers. Sometimes it gets very crowded on the street outside, especially during festival seasons. We just stay in our shop and help whoever walks through the door. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy sales pitches. We just tell you what the bus schedule is and how much the ticket costs. It is an honest, small-scale business. We like being part of the Borivali community and helping our neighbors get where they need to go.
