Shubham Travels

Our travel office is at 2 Borivali West, right opposite the Gokul Hotel. If you know Borivali, you know how busy this area gets, especially with the hotel right there. We spend the day at our desks, mostly taking calls and dealing with people who walk in off the street. We help with booking trips and finding cars for people. It’s a lot of checking schedules and making sure the drivers are where they are supposed to be. The office is small and simple. We have a few maps and some flyers for different places. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout a little on the phone. People often stop by on their way to the hotel or the station. We try to keep things organized, but there are always slips of paper and notes everywhere. It’s a fast-paced environment because everyone is usually in a hurry to get somewhere. We’ve been across from Gokul Hotel for a while, so we’ve seen plenty of travelers come and go. We aren’t a big corporate company; we are just a local team trying to help people get their travel plans sorted. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have a small fan that helps. We just take one booking at a time and try to make sure nobody gets left behind. It’s a good spot to see the world go by.
