Shubham Tour & Travels

Shubham Tour & Travels is run from a small space at 10 Borivali East in Omkar Apartment. It is not a big fancy office with posters all over the walls. It is mostly just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a phone that rings quite a lot. We help people with bus tickets, train bookings, and sometimes planning small trips for their families. Borivali East is a busy place and being in an apartment building means we get a lot of neighbors dropping by to ask about ticket prices. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others figure out the schedules. It is a lot of paperwork and staring at computer screens for hours. Sometimes the booking systems are slow and it gets stressful but we manage to get things done. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of agents. It is just us trying to make sure people get to where they need to go without too much trouble. We know the regular routes and which buses are decent. People come to us because they don't want to deal with the online apps themselves. We keep our notes in old registers and try to stay organized. It is a humble business and we have been at this same spot for many years now. Nothing too complicated, just plain travel help for the local residents.
