Shubhagaya Stores

Shubhagaya Stores is located in Mumbai, which is a bit different from the other places. We are in Bhandup West, at Shop No 2 and 3 in Pramila Niwas. This is on Tembhi Pada Road, right near the Ashok Kedare Chowk in Gadav Nagar. It’s a very busy spot. There is always a lot of noise from the street—horns honking and people rushing by. Because we have two shop units, we have a bit more room, but in Mumbai, you never really have enough space. We stock all sorts of general items and daily necessities. It’s a constant cycle of selling things and ordering more. The heat can be quite a lot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan going behind the counter. We see hundreds of people every day, most of them in a hurry to get somewhere else. We don’t have time for fancy talk; we just get people what they need so they can be on their way. The shop has been here for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with cardboard boxes waiting to be flattened and shelves that need straightening. We don’t use any complicated systems, just a notebook and some common sense. It’s a practical, busy life here at Pramila Niwas, and we just keep doing our bit every day.
