Shrusti Holidays

Shrusti Holidays is tucked away in the basement of Dream Mall at G 231. We are located on LBS Road in Bhandup West, near the 60 Feet Road in Shivanagar. Being in the basement means we don't get much natural light, but it stays a bit cooler down here during the summer. The mall itself isn't the busiest place, but we like the quiet because it lets us focus on our work. We spend our time at the desks looking at travel schedules and talking to people about where they want to go. We aren't some big travel firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team of us who enjoy figuring out the best ways to get from one place to another. We don't have those massive, expensive advertisements you see on TV. Most people find us by walking through the mall or hearing about us from a neighbor. The office is pretty simple with just a few computers and some stacks of paper. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a very hands-on job. We answer the phones ourselves and write down all the details by hand before typing them up. Bhandup is a lively area, and even though we are downstairs, we can still hear the city moving above us. It’s a decent, honest business and we just try to help people with their travel plans.
