Shristhikrupa Infrastructure Private

We’re tucked away in Bhayander, over at the Tirupati Pushp building. It’s in Phase 6 of Indralok, which is a fairly busy part of town if you know New Navghar Road. Our office is in flat 304. It’s basically a converted apartment, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have the usual stuff—desks, a few computers, and way too many stacks of paper. The road outside is usually humming with noise, and you can hear the local life going on all day. We do a lot of infrastructure work, which means we aren't always in the office. A lot of the time, the place is half-empty because we're out checking on things. When we are all here, it gets pretty crowded. We’ve got a small group of people who have been together for a while. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from just being around and knowing people in the Mumbai and Thane areas. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring sometimes. The commute for some of us can be a bit of a stretch, but we like the Indralok area. It’s got everything we need nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the projects finished. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We don't have a mission statement, just a bunch of projects we need to finish and a lot of coffee to get through.
