Shriram Housing

Shriram Housing is in Shop No 7 of the BMC Office Building in Lower Parel. We are very close to Parel Naka, which is a place that never really stays quiet. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving toward the offices or the stations. Our shop is small and simple, with just enough room for us to sit and talk to people who are looking for a home. Lower Parel has changed so much with all the new towers, but we are still here in the same BMC building. We spend our time keeping track of which flats are empty and who wants to sell. It is a lot of running around and meeting people at different gates. We do not act like a big corporate firm with fancy suits. We are just local people who know the streets and the buildings around the Naka. The paperwork for housing can be a real mess sometimes, so we spend plenty of hours sorting through files. People come to us when they need an honest opinion on a building or a neighborhood. We know which places have good water and which ones are too noisy. It is practical work that we have been doing for quite a while now. We just take things one client at a time and try to be helpful.
