Shripal Tours Travels

Shripal Tours Travels is based at C-2 Kailash Plaza, near Odeon in Ghatkopar East. Our place is pretty easy to find if you know the area. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t have a massive staff or a fancy headquarters. It’s just us in a small office, surrounded by calendars and travel guides. We spend our mornings checking for any updates on travel rules or ticket prices. People from around Ghatkopar come in to ask about prices or to pick up their itineraries. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no pressure here. We just talk through what’s available and what makes sense for their budget. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of paperwork for visas or group bookings, which can be a bit tedious, but it has to be done. The plaza can be quite busy, especially in the evenings, but we just keep to our routine. We don’t use a lot of fancy words or try to sell people things they don’t need. If someone wants to go to a specific place, we just find them a way to get there. It’s a practical, everyday kind of job. We like being part of the community here. Most of the people who come in are regulars we’ve known for years. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure everyone has their papers in order.
