You can find us at Shop Number 5 in Satya Shodhak Chawl. We are located in Kandivali East, right across the road from the police station. It is a small office, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at computer screens to figure out travel plans for people. We have been here for some time now. It’s a busy little corner of the world. People stop by after they finish their work or while they are out running errands. Being in a chawl means everyone knows everyone. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us handling the bookings. Sometimes it gets crowded when more than two people walk in at once. We handle bus tickets, train stuff, and sometimes bigger trips if someone asks. The police station across the street is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. It's not a fancy corporate setup. We have some old posters on the wall and a few chairs for visitors. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone wants to go somewhere, we check the prices and let them know. That is pretty much the whole story of Shrijee Tourism. We just keep things moving and help out with tickets whenever someone walks through the door.
