Our office is at number 1 in the Chowdhary Compound, located in the Rustampura area of Dahisar. It’s a small place right on the ground level, which makes it easy for people to just walk in from the street. We handle all sorts of travel needs, like booking tickets for buses or trains and helping people plan their trips. The compound is a busy place with a lot of other small shops and businesses around us, so there is always some noise and activity. Inside our office, it is pretty basic with a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up their travel details. We don't have a big fancy computer system, just what we need to get the job done. Many of our customers are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We know their names and where they like to go for their holidays. We don't do much in the way of advertising; people just know where we are. We spend our day checking schedules and making sure the bookings are confirmed. It’s a steady kind of work and we like being in Dahisar. We just try to keep things simple and help people get to their destinations without any fuss. It’s just a local business run by local people.
