A good landmark to look for is the Cavalier Restaurant, which is right opposite us. Being in an industrial estate means the surroundings are a bit rugged. There are trucks moving and people loading things all day long. Our office is a small, functional space where we handle all the travel arrangements. It’s not a luxury lounge by any means. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of logbooks. People stop by after eating across the street or while they are doing business in the industrial area. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on routes. Malad West is a crowded area, so things can get a bit hectic around here, especially in the evenings. We just take it one booking at a time. The office has that lived-in feel, with tea cups on the desks and papers pinned to the walls. We don't try to look like a big global agency. We are just a local travel shop in a busy part of Malad. We know the roads and we know how to get people where they need to go. That’s about all there is to it.
