Our office is situated on Bapat Marg, right on the 90 Feet Road. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes through here every single day. Shri Sai Travel has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a simple room with a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The phones are usually the loudest thing in the office because someone is always calling about a bus or a car. We have some maps and schedules stuck on the wall, though most things are on the computer now. It gets quite dusty with the windows open to the main road, but we like to see what's happening outside. People stop in all the time asking for directions or checking on prices for trips. We don't have any big posters or fancy decorations. It is just a place to get your travel sorted out. Dealing with the 90 Feet Road traffic means we always have to keep an eye on the clock. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people show up at once. It’s a local business and we know a lot of the people who live nearby. We just sit here, take the bookings, and make sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
