Shri Murugan Travel Agency

Shri Murugan Travel Agency is based in Chembur at Shell Colony. We have Shop No 13 and 14, which are right next to each other. You will find us just opposite Kamal Bar and Restaurant. It is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Chembur. People come in all the time asking about train tickets or bus routes. We have our counters set up and there are usually some pamphlets lying around for different trips. The area around Shell Colony is quite residential so we see a lot of families. It is not a high-pressure office. We just sit and talk to people about where they want to go. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit to book things, which can be annoying. We have been in these shops for a while now. The space is simple with just some desks and chairs for customers to sit while we look things up. It gets a bit busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and stop by to check on their bookings. Opposite us, the restaurant is always active so there is a bit of life on the street. We just do our job and help out whoever walks through the door. It is a small local business and we like being part of the Chembur neighborhood. We just keep track of schedules and try to get people on their way.
