Shri Family Tours & Travels

You can find our office up on the fourth floor of the Ratna building. We are in Room No 412. The building is on Shri Siddhi Vinayak Road in Lower Parel, which is quite close to the Big Bazaar. Most of our days are spent helping families plan their holidays. We book cars, find hotels, and figure out the best way to get from one place to another. It started out years ago when I was just helping my own relatives with their travel plans. Now it is a full-time job. Lower Parel is always very crowded, so there is constant noise from the street below. We are a small team and we do not have a big fancy website. We prefer it when people come in or call us so we can talk through their plans properly. Sometimes the train timings change or the weather gets bad, so we have to spend hours on the phone re-arranging things. My uncle used to run a similar business, so I learned a lot from him. Our desks are covered in notebooks and travel brochures. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure everything goes smoothly. The lift in this building is old and sometimes it doesn't work, so we have to walk up the four floors. We stay here from morning until the last call is finished. It is just a simple travel shop helping people get away for a bit without much trouble.
