Shri Balachandra Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is based in Ramdas Bhavan, which is on Dada Saheb Rege Marg near Shivaji Park. It is a well-known spot in Dadar West, and we have occupied this office for quite a few years. Our space is on the third floor of an older building. The elevator is a bit slow and the hallways are a little dark, but the office itself is full of life. Inside, you will mostly see desks covered in blueprints, technical drawings, and old files. We do a lot of engineering design and planning here. It is not a flashy environment at all. We have heavy metal filing cabinets and stacks of paper that have been there for a long time. The team is a mix of older guys who have been here since the start and some younger ones learning the ropes. We spend a lot of time discussing details and double-checking our math. It is rarely quiet because someone is always on the phone or talking over a drawing. We do not have a reception desk or anyone to greet you. When you walk in, you just see the staff working at their tables. We like being in Dadar because it is easy for everyone to get to by train. We are just a group of engineers who know our work and do not need a lot of fancy management to get things done.
