You can find Shri Arihant Telecom Travels right over in Santacruz East, literally just across from the flyover at number 1. It’s a busy spot with all the traffic coming off the bridge and heading into the city. We’ve been set up here for a while now, handling travel bookings and telecom stuff for the people around here. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local place where we sit and get things organized. People stop by on their way to work or when they’re stuck in traffic nearby. We do a bit of everything, from fixing phone issues to sorting out travel plans for families. The flyover makes it easy to explain where we are to anyone new to the area. It gets a bit noisy with the cars, but that’s just part of being in Santacruz East. We don’t really do much advertising, mostly just people walking in because they see the sign on the building. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep track of everything in our registers and on the computer. Some days are packed with people asking about tickets, and other days we’re just handling recharge stuff. Being right at the start of the area means we see a lot of faces throughout the day. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s a working office, so there’s always papers around. Just a regular shop trying to help out the locals with their daily needs. We like being in this part of town.
