If you’re looking for us, we are right opposite the Vichare Courier on Rt Road in Mulund West. It’s a handy landmark because everyone around here uses that courier service. Our office is pretty much what you’d expect from a local developer’s spot. There are some blueprints rolled up in the corner and a few samples of tiles or bricks laying around. It’s a working office, so it isn't always perfectly tidy. We spend our time looking at sites and talking to contractors. Mulund West is a place we know inside and out. We’ve watched the buildings go up and down this road for a long time. The office has a big window that looks out onto Rt Road, so we can see the world going by. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. If you want to talk to someone, you just walk in and we have a chat. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or flashy signs. We prefer to just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when the couriers are loading their vans across the street. We don't mind it though. It’s part of the neighborhood feel. We just focus on the projects we have and try to get things done without too much fuss. It is a simple way of working.
