We are based over in Mahim, right near Paradise Cinema. Our office is up on the fifth floor of Sairam CHS on Bhagoji Keer Marg. It’s a familiar part of Mumbai for us, and we’ve been working out of this space for some time. The building is a typical housing society, so it feels more like a community than some cold business center in a high-rise. When you walk in, you’ll see our small team busy with whatever construction project is currently on the table. We do construction, which means there’s always something going on that needs attention. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic with everyone coming and going at once. We don’t have a big reception area or shiny signs to impress people. It’s just A-502. We spend our time managing sites and making sure the supplies arrive when they are supposed to. Living and working in Mahim is great because everything is accessible. The cinema is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We aren't a massive corporation, just a group of people who know how to build things. We focus on the practical side of things instead of fancy meetings. There is a lot of paperwork in this business, so the office is usually full of folders and maps. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job needs doing, we figure out how to do it. It’s been a steady path for us here in Mumbai city.
