Shree Yamuna Estate

Shree Yamuna Estate is located in Office No 30 S at the Panchsheel building in Kandivali West. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the HDFC Bank. It is a convenient spot because everyone knows where the bank is. The office is a small, quiet place most of the time, unless we have a few people in at once talking about flat prices. We’ve been in Kandivali for quite a few years now. The office has a few old chairs and a desk that has seen better days, but it does what it needs to do. We spend our time looking at property listings and talking to owners in the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. Most people find us just by walking past the building or hearing about us from a friend. We like keeping things on a personal level. It’s not a big corporate firm where you are just a number. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live in the nearby buildings. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we are used to it by now. We just try to keep things honest and straightforward. If someone needs a place to rent or wants to sell their shop, they stop by and we see what we can do. It is a simple life and a simple business, really. We just take it one day at a time here in the office and keep going.
