You’ll find us at Subhlabh Co Operative Society on Memonwada Road. We are situated near Abdul Rehman Street and Kanpur Marg West. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking outside. Our shop is small and usually has a few people sitting around waiting for their tickets or asking about train times. We don’t have a big fancy website with flashy photos. It's more about the paperwork and making sure the names are spelled right on the bookings. We handle a lot of local travel and some longer tours too. The office stays pretty cluttered with files and ledgers because we still like to keep track of things on paper. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait for it to come back so we can finish the work. Being in a co-operative society means we know our neighbors well. It’s a community feeling here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world. We just want to make sure the folks on Memonwada Road can get their travel sorted without a headache. It’s a lot of small details to manage, and we do our best with what we have. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. It’s noisy and chaotic but it’s our little corner.
