Our office is Flat No 6/96 in Neo Shastri Nagar, Mulund West. We’re in the Charkop area, right near Park Chemist. It’s more of a residential-feeling spot, which makes it a bit calmer for us. Shree Tour Operator Services is basically just a small team of people who like planning trips. We don't have those glossy travel magazines with fake photos. We just tell people where they can go and what it’ll cost. No hidden fees or corporate talk. We’ve lived in Mulund for a long time, so we know the local area well. People find us because of word of mouth, mostly. We aren't trying to be some massive travel agency. We just enjoy helping folks get where they need to go. The office is pretty basic, just some computers and a lot of maps. We don’t have a script when we talk to you. We just have a conversation. Sometimes we're busy with bookings, especially during the holiday seasons. But we always try to make time for anyone who walks in. Being near Park Chemist makes us easy to locate. We aren't fancy, and we don't pretend to be. We just handle the details so you don't have to. It’s a simple job and we like the people we meet through it.
