We operate out of Radha Niwas on Gokhale Road in Mulund East. It's a quiet enough area compared to some parts of the city. We’ve been arranging trips and cars for people around here for a while. Mostly it’s just us answering the phone and making sure drivers show up on time. People in Mulund know us by name. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the bookings. If you need to go to the airport or take a family trip out of town, we get it sorted. Sometimes the traffic on Gokhale Road gets backed up, so we always tell people to start a bit early. We have a few regular cars we use. It’s simple work, really. We make sure the petrol is full and the tires are okay before any long drive. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes it’s stressful when a driver gets stuck in rain, but we try to communicate. We’ve had customers who have been coming to us for years. They just call and say where they need to go. We keep a logbook of all the trips. It’s just how we’ve always done it. Nothing too complicated. Just getting people from one place to another without a fuss. We usually keep some maps in the office too, even though everyone uses phones now. It's just a habit from the old days when we first started.
