We are based at Shop No 1 in the Mahabali Sharma Compound, over in Andheri East. We are pretty close to Poonam Nagar, which is a busy residential and commercial area. Our day usually starts with checking the cars and making sure they are ready to go. The office itself is just a small room where we keep the keys and the logbooks. It’s not a fancy place to sit, but it serves its purpose for our business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the lot. Traffic in Andheri East is something we deal with every single hour. We watch the cars come and go from the compound. Sometimes things are running late because of the roads, and we just have to manage that. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the people in the neighboring shops are all familiar to us. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a call center. When you call, you just talk to one of us. We keep the paperwork in folders on the desk and try to stay organized as things get busy. It’s practical work that involves a lot of driving and coordination. We just try to keep the vehicles moving and the schedules as clear as possible. It is just a straightforward car rental spot in a busy part of the city.
