Shree Siddhivinayak Ice Cream Parlour

If you walk down Jogeshwari East GC Road, you will find us at Shop No 1 in Suraj Apartment, Soc. This is where Shree Siddhivinayak Ice Cream Parlour has been sitting for quite some time now. The shop is small, and the hum of the freezers is the main sound you hear throughout the day. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters and making sure the floor stays clean, even when people come in with dusty shoes from the road outside. It is a simple life here, just serving up scoops and watching the traffic go by on GC Road. We have a few plastic stools for people to sit on, though most folks just stand around outside or take their tubs home. Suraj Apartment is an old building, and we have become part of the furniture around here. We know the local kids who come by after school and the parents who stop in after dinner. It isn't a fancy place with neon lights or anything like that. Just a plain shop with a couple of lights and a lot of cold storage. We handle the deliveries ourselves most of the time, lugging the heavy crates in when the truck arrives. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the ice cream keeps the place feeling a bit cooler. We don't have any big plans to change things up. We just like being the local spot where you can get something cold on a humid day.
