Shree Shyam Dairy

Shree Shyam Dairy is located in Parel at the intersection of 4th Cross and 9th Main, in the Hal 2nd stage area. We are primarily a dairy, so our day starts much earlier than most of the other shops around here. We are usually up and moving before the sun is even out to handle the milk deliveries as they arrive. The shop in Parel is where we keep all our supplies and serve the local residents who live in the surrounding buildings. 4th Cross can be a bit narrow, so it is always a bit of a scramble when the delivery trucks arrive and try to park. We have big refrigerators for the milk and curd, and we also keep some ice cream on hand for the neighborhood kids. It is a functional space without any fancy decorations or lighting. People from Hal 2nd stage come in for their daily essentials like milk and butter, and sometimes they pick up a treat while they are at it. 9th Main gets a lot of traffic during the day, but our corner stays a little bit more tucked away from the main noise. We have been run as a family business for a long time, and we know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We do not have a big staff, just family members and a couple of helpers who have been with us for many years.
