You can find us right across from the McDonald’s in Chembur, near the ICICI Bank. It’s a pretty easy spot to find on Muniswamappa Road in J C Nagar. We started Shree Samarth Tours Travels because we liked the idea of helping people get where they need to go without a big headache. Usually, it’s just us sitting here figuring out bus routes or booking tickets for families who want a vacation. It gets busy during the holidays, everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We try to keep things simple. No fancy brochures that promise the world, just honest talk about what’s actually available. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for the screens to load, which can be annoying when a customer is waiting. But we usually manage to get it sorted. Chembur is a lively place to work. There’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some folks just stop by to ask for directions or check a price. We don’t mind. It’s nice being part of the local community here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a small shop where we try to get the bookings done right so you don’t have trouble on your trip later on. We just stay here and work. It is what it is, just a local travel spot.
