Shree Samarth Krupa

We are over at Gala No. 4 in the Ruby Estate, right on Linking Road in Malad West. This place isn't very large at all, but it works for what we do every day. The estate is always buzzing with people moving heavy boxes and delivery vans coming in and out of the main gate. Linking Road is constantly loud with traffic and horns, so we hear a lot of noise throughout the day. Inside our unit, things are usually a bit cluttered because we have a lot of stuff coming in and waiting to be sorted. My uncle started this place a long time ago and I have been helping out for several years now. We do not have a reception desk or a waiting room; people usually just walk right in and talk to us while we work. Most of the time, we are busy checking orders or talking to the guys in the neighboring units about local news. It is a friendly enough spot, even if the building is getting a bit old and the walls need some paint. We usually keep the metal shutter halfway down if it gets too hot in the afternoon. People find us easily enough because we have been here since the estate was first built. We are not trying to look like a big corporate company. We just do the work as it comes in and handle the paperwork on a small desk in the corner.
