You can find us at Shop 2 on the ground floor of Pitrucha building on Grant Road. We are right across from Ashwini Jewellers, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you are looking for that landmark. The shop isn't very big, but we have everything we need right here. We’ve been on this street for a long time and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of foot traffic. We usually open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth seems to work well enough for us. There is always something to do, whether it's tidying up the shelves or talking to a neighbor who stopped by for a chat. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise but it keeps us cool enough. We keep a notebook for all our entries instead of using fancy software. It’s simpler that way and we don't lose anything when the power goes out. Dealing with people daily is what keeps the job interesting. We just try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door looking for something specific.
