Shree Mangala Travels

We have been running Shree Mangala Travels from our spot in Santacruz East for a good number of years now. If you know the Hosur Main Road, we are right there near the highway signal. It’s a busy corner and there’s always noise from the traffic, but it makes it easy for people to find us when they need a vehicle. This place isn't anything fancy, just a small office where we handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. My cousin and I stay here most of the day. We have a few cars and bigger vans for groups. Most people come to us because they are planning a trip to see family or maybe a small group going out of town for a weekend. We write everything down in our ledgers and make sure the drivers know where they are going. It gets a bit hectic when multiple trips are starting at the same time, especially with the signal right outside getting backed up. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. Local people just walk in or call us because they’ve seen us here forever. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's a practical way to work. We just focus on getting the cars ready and making sure the fuel is topped up. Dealing with the roads every day teaches you a lot about patience. That's basically how we spend our time here.
