Shree Gajraj Properties Devlopers Llp is based in the Fort area of Mumbai. Our office is on the 1st Floor at 229/231 Perin Nariman Street, 400001. Fort is such an old and historic part of Mumbai City. Working here feels different than the newer parts of town. We are right in the middle of all the old architecture and busy streets. Our work involves property development and management. It is a crowded area, so we are always surrounded by the noise of the city. We are not a giant company with glass skyscrapers. We just have our space on Perin Nariman Street where we get things done. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a challenge. There are so many rules and things to keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting with people. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. We have been in this neighborhood for a while. People know where to find us if they need help with real estate. We do not use a lot of fancy marketing talk. We just tell it like it is.
