Shree Charbhuja Distributor

Started out in this small spot in Malad East, right near the Mirambika School road. It's office number five in the C block of Devda. Usually, things get pretty busy here around nine in the morning when the shutters go up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of what needs to go out to the shops. The road outside always has some noise from the school kids or the local traffic, but inside we just focus on the boxes and the paperwork. It’s not a fancy place by any means. There are stacks of files and sometimes things get a bit cluttered when a big delivery comes in. We’ve been in this part of Malad for a while now so we know most of the people around. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but it works for what we do. Distribution is mostly about keeping track of numbers and making sure the tempo drivers know where they are going. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for the next truck to arrive. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office desk talking about the weather or the traffic on the highway. It’s a simple routine that keeps us going from Monday to Saturday. We don't really do much else besides making sure the inventory is right and the orders get filled. It’s just how the day goes here at Devda block.
