We are tucked away in Room No 407 of the Fairlik Apartment on Paud Road in Andheri West. One of the best things about working at Shree Balaji Tours Pvt Ltd is being so close to the Monginis Cake Factory—the smell is usually pretty great when they’re baking. Our office is a small room on the fourth floor where we handle all sorts of travel bookings. It’s not a big corporate space; it’s more of a cozy, slightly cluttered apartment office. There are brochures for different trips everywhere and maps pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, trying to find the best routes and dates for people who want to go on holiday or have to travel for work. It’s a lot of checking schedules and dealing with cancellations or changes. The building is a bit older, so the lift can be temperamental, but it gets us where we need to go. We’ve been in Andheri West for quite some time, and we know the area well. Most people who come to see us are locals from the neighborhood. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles, just a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and a lot of knowledge about travel routes. It’s a simple operation run by people who just like helping others figure out their travel plans without any extra stress.
