Shraddha Properties

Shraddha Properties is found on the ground floor at 2/201 in Andheri East. We are very close to Gurunank School, so we get to hear the school bells and the children playing every day. It makes the neighborhood feel very lively and lived-in. Being on the ground floor is great because people don't have to climb any stairs to reach us. They can just walk right in off the street. Our office is pretty simple. We have some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of maps and papers pinned to the walls. We’ve been in this part of Andheri for many years and have seen it change quite a bit. We aren't some big real estate giant with polished floors and glass walls. We are just a small local team. We spend our days answering the phone and chatting with people about the area. We know these streets like the back of our hands. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the traffic and the school nearby, but we are used to it by now. We try to keep our conversations simple and avoid using any of that complicated business talk. We just want to be helpful and honest about what we know. It is a modest operation, but it keeps us busy. Most people find us just by walking past the school and seeing our name on the door.
