Shraddha Industries

Shraddha Industries is located at 103-104 in the Dhar Munisamappa Layout. It’s a decent-sized space where we do all our work. There’s usually a bit of noise from the machines, but we don’t mind it. It’s the sound of things getting made. We started out small and just kept going from this spot. The layout area can get a bit dusty, and we’re always sweeping up at the end of the shift. We have a small area for the office work, but most of the action happens on the floor. It’s a practical place. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. We’ve got a good group of people working here who know what they’re doing. We don’t make a big show of things. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them finished on time. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being in this area. We know the other businesses nearby, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s not a corporate environment. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and make sure the products are decent. That's about it for us. We've been at it for years and we just keep moving forward with the work we have in front of us.
