Shraddha Cool Cab Service is based in Andheri East, right at Office No 19 on Mahaveer Road in the Chandrakant Bhav building. Being in Andheri means we are always in the middle of everything. The traffic never really stops outside our window. We spend most of our time coordinating rides and talking to drivers. It’s a simple setup. We’ve got a landline that rings more than it should and a few diaries to keep track of bookings. Most of the people who call us are going to the airport or heading to work early in the morning. We know the short cuts around here, which helps when the main roads are blocked. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we can sit and manage the schedule. We started this because we liked being on the move. Even though we are in an office now, the focus is still on the cars and the road. Sometimes customers drop by the office to pay or just to chat about a trip they have coming up. We try to keep the AC running because the Mumbai heat is no joke. It's a local business, run by people who live right here. We aren't a big app-based thing, just a regular cab service that knows the local streets and the people who use them every day.
