You can find us at Shohum Developers LLP over in Borivali West. Our office is Shop 001 in Om Tower, which sits in Rajesh Nagar near Saibaba Nagar. We are right by J.B. Khot School, so there are always kids and parents around during the day. It’s a lively neighborhood. We’ve been in this ground-floor spot for a good while. Being on the 001 level makes it easy for people to just walk in if they need to talk to us about something. We handle a lot of development work around this part of Mumbai. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan and people talking over the phone. We aren't fancy. It’s just a practical space with some old furniture and plenty of files. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We know the Borivali area inside out. Most of our staff grew up around here or has lived in Mumbai for years. We just take things as they come. Construction can be unpredictable, with delays and permits, but we just keep at it. It’s a regular local business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished look. We just work from Om Tower and try to keep our projects on track. The commute can be tough in the mornings, but we're used to the Mumbai pace. It’s just how life goes in this city.
