Our spot is in Flat No 24 of the E Wing at Diamond Anmol Nayantaragold. It’s a bit of a long name for a building, isn't it? We’re located at Sno 905, right near Hotel Jupiter on the Mumbai Highway. Being near the highway is actually pretty convenient for us since we’re always moving between different sites. We do building work and general construction. It’s a lot of physical work and managing different crews. We aren't the type to sit in an office all day. We’d much rather be out where the dust is, seeing the walls go up. Our office is mostly for the paperwork and the legal stuff that you can’t avoid in this business. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in where needed. Sometimes that means I'm handling the accounts, and other times I'm checking on a delivery of bricks. It's just how a small building company works. The noise from the highway can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune. We just want to do solid work and keep our heads down. It’s a tough business, but it’s rewarding when you see a family move into a place you helped build. That’s what keeps us going day to day, even when the work is heavy and the hours are long.
