Shivam Tours Travels / M K General Store

The shop we have here is a bit of a mix because it is Shivam Tours Travels and M K General Store all in one place. We are at Shop No 1 on S V Road in Malad West, right near the Sahar area. The most famous spot near us is the New Era Talkies, which everyone knows. Because we have the general store side too, we always have people popping in for small things like snacks or household items while we are trying to talk about travel plans. It can get a bit hectic having two different things going on under one roof, but we have been doing it this way for years. The shelves are packed with all sorts of items, and there is usually a stack of travel brochures sitting right next to the candy jars. S V Road is always packed with traffic, so the sound of horns is basically our background music all day long. We don't have a lot of extra space to move around, but we make it work. The floor is a bit worn down from all the foot traffic, and the ceiling fan hums a bit too loud sometimes. It is a real local spot where we know most of our regular customers by their first names. We just open up early in the morning and stay until late evening, dealing with whatever the day brings us. It is just a basic shop where we try to keep things simple.
