Shiva Travels

We are at Shop No 4, Plot No 3 in Neera Vi, right in Khar West. It is very easy to find us because we are directly opposite the Khar Railway Station. Most days it is quite busy around here with people rushing to catch trains, but we have been here for a long time. Shiva Travels handles all sorts of travel needs for people in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the street. The office is small but it works for us. Sometimes the noise from the station is a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We see a lot of the same faces every week. If you are coming from the station side, just cross over and you will see our sign. We started out small and stayed that way because we like knowing our customers by name. It is not fancy here, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of paperwork. We keep things simple because that is what people want when they are trying to plan a trip or get a ticket. There is always someone here during the day. We deal with cars and bookings and whatever else comes up. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have a fan. It is a good spot to be in even if the traffic is heavy.
