Shiv Shakti Indl Estate

You’ll find Shiv Shakti Indl Estate at 17-A/4, right on the Sahar Airport Road over in Sarkhej. It’s a pretty busy area because of the airport traffic, so there’s always a hum of planes or trucks in the background. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The building itself is an industrial type of space, nothing fancy, just solid walls and enough room for what we need to do. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep things moving. Mostly, we spend our time managing the units and making sure everything is running okay for the day. Sarkhej is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to, even if the road gets a bit jammed sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, keeping the place tidy and dealing with the tenants or the work at hand. Most people who come by are regulars or people doing business in the industrial area. We don't really have a showroom or a place for guests to sit, it’s strictly a working estate. It’s a bit worn in around the edges, but that’s because there is always something going on. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. That’s how it goes at Shiv Shakti most of the time throughout the week.
