Shiv Sai Tours & Travels

Our office is located in the Ghp Millenium Tower on the 3rd floor, right in the Powai Kalina area. It is a bit of a modern building compared to some of the other places around here, which is nice because the elevators actually work most of the time. We handle a lot of tours and travel bookings from this spot. Usually, the office is a bit of a mess with car keys, driver logs, and printouts of flight itineraries scattered around. We have several phones that seem to ring all at once, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their transport sorted. The view from the third floor isn't much, just more buildings and the busy road below, but it’s a good place to work from. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for a while. We know the roads around Mumbai pretty well and we spend a lot of time on the phone with our drivers to make sure they are where they need to be. It’s a lot of juggling schedules and trying to keep things on track. We don't have a big fancy lobby for customers to sit in. Most of our work is done over the phone or through messages anyway. We just try to stay organized and get people to where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes and we get things done.
