Sheth Developers

We are located in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli East. It is a busy part of Mumbai and we have been at this 50/1596 address for a long time. People around here know us as Sheth Developers. We handle a lot of different building projects around the city. It is not always glamorous work. A lot of the time is spent looking at blueprints or dealing with piles of paperwork from the local authorities. The office is usually a bit messy with rolled-up maps and sometimes there is dust on the chairs from the site visits. We have a couple of old desks shoved into the corner and the phones ring more than I would like most days. It is a small team and we know each other well. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. If you need to find us, you just come to Tagore Nagar and look for our door. Most of our work comes from people who have worked with us before. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything, especially with the monsoon and all the regulations, but we manage to stay busy. Sometimes the electricity flickers and we have to wait a bit to get back to work. It is just how things go here. We are not trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to finish the jobs so people have a place to stay. The tea is usually cold by the time we get to it. That is just life. We keep going.
