We operate out of Shivmati Apartment in Bhayander West. You can find us at C-309 on Chh. Shivaji Maharaj Marg. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. Sheth Developers Pvt Ltd has been here for a while now. We do real estate and development work, mostly focused around this side of town. The office is quite small and usually smells like strong coffee and old paper. We do not have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. If the door is open, you just walk in. There are usually three or four of us sitting around desks piled high with site plans and permits. We spend a lot of our time dealing with contractors and trying to get things built on schedule. It is a lot harder than it looks on paper. The Mumbai weather does not always help our timelines either. We are just regular people trying to do a good job. We do not use big words or try to act like we are some giant corporation. Most of our clients are just people from the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend or a cousin. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to stop and figure out how to fix it. That is just part of the day. We are not fancy, we just work. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat.
