Sheth Developers P Ltd

Our office is in the Mallika Building on R. B. Mehta Marg. Ghatkopar East is a good place to be, even if the traffic is a nightmare during the rush hour. We have been in suite 5/63 for many years now. Sheth Developers P Ltd is just a group of us working on various construction projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different job sites checking on progress. The office itself is nothing special to look at. We have some old filing cabinets that always stick and the air conditioner makes a funny rattling noise when it has been running too long. It gets the job done though. We do not do much in the way of fancy brochures or websites. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking into the building. Dealing with property in Mumbai is always a headache with all the paperwork, but we are used to it by now. We try to be honest with people about how long things actually take. Construction is slow and messy work. Sometimes there are big delays with materials or the weather just does not cooperate with our plans. We just keep pushing through until the work is finished. My desk is usually covered in yellow sticky notes and old architectural drawings. We have lunch together most days at the small canteen downstairs. It is not a corporate environment. We are just local people building things. It’s a busy life.
