SHERITON PROPERTIES LLP has its office in the Nirmal Building at Nariman Point, Mumbai. We are way up on the 21st floor, right on B R Patel Marg and opposite the Oberoi Tower. It’s a famous area for business, but inside our office, it’s just us working on property matters. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything. It’s a busy place where we handle a lot of phone calls and documents. Being at Nariman Point means we are in the heart of the city’s business district, which is convenient but also very fast-paced. We spend our days looking at property details and managing various real estate interests. We don't follow a corporate script. We just talk to people like normal human beings. The views from the 21st floor are nice, but we are usually too busy with our work to look out the window much. There is a lot of pressure in the Mumbai property market, and we just try to navigate it as best as we can. We deal with the same problems every other business has, like rising costs and tight timelines. We have been in the Nirmal Building for a while and it’s a good base for us. We don't try to sound like a giant conglomerate. We are just a local LLP doing our bit in the real estate world. We focus on the practical side of things and try to keep everything moving.
